How can I download or share the results?

There are three different ways to share search results in Causaly:

A. Share a link with other Causaly users

After a Search, users can click on the button “Share” to generate a unique link to their search results. This link can be shared with other Users of the Causaly platform via copy/paste.

B. Export the results

As of 1st of January 2023, you cannot export all data coming from a search in a RIS or an Excel format. However, you can download selected data, by saving them into your Workspaces folders. Once you open the Workspace of interest, click on the Export icon at the top right of the results.

You have two options to download your results:

  • RIS format: To directly incorporate your data to Mendeley, Endnote or any other reference manager that you use.
  • Excel file: To extract the data in a tabulated format and perform a meta-analysis.

Note: Depending on your license, there might be a limit to the number of results that can be exported. In order to download all data try to refine the search by using filters or keywords in the Advanced Search to narrow down the results. If you need assistance on the export function, contact us through support@causaly.com.

C. Export the Dendrogram

In the Intelligent and Advanced searches, you can export the dendrogram as an image by clicking on the PNG or SVG button at the top left of the dendrogram view.
