- Content retention: We use the Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service for LLM capabilities. We have both “Abuse monitoring” and “Content filtering” turned off, which prevents content retention on their platform. This means that your queries are not reviewed by Microsoft or any other vendor.
- No fine-tuning: User search query data is not used for the fine-tuning of language models either by Causaly or by Microsoft Azure.
- Enterprise-grade security: By using Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI Service, we inherit Microsoft's enterprise-grade security features.
