What is the timeline view?

This is a chronological representation of your results, where each result is displayed as a bubble on the timeline based on the date the relationship was first reported in the biomedical landscape.

The size of the bubble reflects the amount of supporting literature available, meaning that the bigger the bubble is the more evidence it exists. The position along the X-axis shows the year when the relationship was first reported, while the Y-axis categorizes the category of ontologies the result sits in (example search) (Figure 1)

How do I deep dive into the results in the timeline view?

Hover over any bubble to click and open the sidebar, where you can explore the supporting literature for that result (Figure 2).

You can also see the results in a list below the timeline view, where results are organized by novelty. The sidebar with the supporting evidence for any of the results is also accessible from the list (Figure 3).
